1. Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Product(s) must be in original condition with all tags intact.
- A quality check will be done during the reverse pickup. Only products that pass the check will be eligible for return or exchange.
- Only one exchange per product is allowed, subject to stock availability.
- We highly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening the parcel. This video acts as proof in case the item is damaged or missing. Without video proof, we won’t be able to process returns/refunds.
2. Non-returnable Items
- Boxers and other innerwear (due to hygiene reasons).
- Products bought during Clearance Sales, BOGO (Buy One Get One), Discount Offers, Brand Collaborations, or with Free Gifts are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
3. Reverse Pickup Process k
- We offer free reverse pickup with up to 2 pickup attempts.
- If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may self-ship the product to our warehouse.

Make sure to write your Order ID and Registered Mobile Number clearly on the package.
- Share the courier receipt and tracking details with our team.
- Self-shipping refund: You’ll receive the full product refund + up to ₹100 towards courier charges after the product passes QC.
4. Refunds
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds are initiated within 24–48 hours after the product passes QC. You can choose:
- Refund to original payment method (takes 7–10 business days).
- Refund as wallet credit (processed instantly after QC).
- COD Orders: Refund will be credited to your Tyaare Wallet only. Wallet credits are valid for 12 months.
- If any purchase was made using wallet credits, the refund will be issued as wallet credits only.
5. Cancellations & Modifications
- Orders can be cancelled or modified (change in product, size, address, phone number) only before dispatch.
- Contact us via WhatsApp or Email for any changes.
6. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, used, wrong, or empty parcel, contact us within 48 hours with:
- Clear photos or an unboxing video with all stickers and labels visible.
- If the package looks torn/damaged, we recommend not accepting it at the time of delivery.
7. Additional Terms
- Ensure you provide correct bank details for refunds. Incorrect info is not our responsibility.
- Customers are responsible for maintaining product condition until the return is picked up.
- Product colors may vary slightly due to screen resolution differences.
- A ₹100 cash handling fee is applied on Cash on Delivery orders.
- No extra charges for prepaid orders.
8. Shipping Policy
- We offer free shipping across India.
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and shipped from [Your City, State].

- Metro cities: 1–4 days after dispatch.
- Rest of India: 4–7 days after dispatch.
