1. What are the conditions for a return?

 

– Only clothing items are eligible for return. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. Intimate items like undergarments are non-refundable.

 

2. How can I request a return?

3. What documents are required when sending a return request?

 

– You need to include your order number, purchase date, item details, reason for return, and if applicable, photos and videos of any damaged or incorrect products in your email.

 

4. How long does it take to receive a refund?

 

– After we receive and inspect your return, if your return is approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method. Refund processing may take a few days.

 

5. What should I do if I haven’t received my refund?

 

– First, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted. If you still haven’t received it, please contact us at tyaarecustomercare@gmail.com

 

6. Can sale items be returned?

 

– No, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns.

– If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not purchased as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

– You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
